Nominations are called for the Junior and Senior Greenethorpe Citizens Of The Year for 2019.

A committee has been formed, representing community interest groups, to choose the successful candidates.

Nominations should be forwarded as soon as possible to Graham Watt c/o Greenethorpe Post Office. Committee members are Bob Bryer ( non-executive Hall committee ), Greenethorpe P.S. P&C and school representatives, Mick Newton ( Greenethorpe Fire Brigade Captain) & Graham Watt ( committee coordinator)


Weddin Council have again agreed to sponsor our Village Christmas Lights and Farm Gate decoration Competition.

The large carrot this year is $100 for each category.

So, mache' your Santas and gather your reindeer to make our village and farms spectacular!!

Please hand your entry, name and address to Secretary, Hall committee, Jill Allen no later than 21st December, or pop in my PO Box 76 so judging can be completed
